Shipping

All orders will be shipped through the USPS or UPS.

Incorrect shipping addresses may result in package being returned or abandoned. Return shipping or loss of item fees are the customer's responsibility.

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items. This is not the seller's fault, and does not reflect upon NAT & LIV. Please let us know if this happens.

We are not offering pick-up.

Local Delivery

We are offering free LOCAL delivery to Peoria, Peoria Heights, and Dunlap.

We will deliver orders on Mondays, and Sundays if needed. Orders will be left on the front porch, and we will take a picture showing the order has been delivered.
